Hello Visswanathan,
In RTOS, you cannot directly display a graph using RTOS on a desktop PC. The monitor will display a prompt similar to an old DOS command prompt. However, you can use remote front panels or shared variables to display data on a graph. Using a touch-panel you can utilize shared variables to view data from your Real-Time target. Using an additional PC you can use remote front panels to view and control your application through a web browser. The following link from our Developer Zone will help you with your development:
