Hi,
I have a HP 3478a multimeter. I'm trying to use Matlab to record the real-time current. Could anyone provide me a simple example to follow?
Thanks very much,
Eugene

Hi Eugene,
If you want instrument control with the MathWorks MATLAB® software, you will need to go to the MathWorks forums. However, if you are interested in using NI-VISA for instrument control and the MathScript Node or the MATLAB® Script Node for signal analysis, we can definitely help you out.
To help you get started, we have drivers developed for the Agilent Technologies 3478A here http://sine.ni.com/apps/utf8/niid_web_display.model_page?p_model_id=368
Download the Plug and Play driver to use LabVIEW for Digital Multimeter control.
MATLAB® is a registered trademark of The MathWorks, Inc.
Sincerely,
