Hi Umar,
You've given very detailed steps for what you've tried thus far, so that helps out a lot. Has this device ever worked? Is this your first time using it? I would also suggest calling into support at this point, we may need to consider an RMA.

It sounds like the disk may be corrupt, so I would suggest contacting support to see if you can RMA the unit.
