sbRIO 9606 setup and setting IP address

Got it.

Slowed down and stopped running around like a chicken with my head cut off.

Found I was able to connect to a board with a changed address in MAX IF I deleted the previous entry.

Once that worked I realized I also had a missing step in SW installation and I can now use the boards.  Four of five boards so far, the fifth is at another location so I'll check it later but I think that probably has them all working.

Thank you for your help.  I know I was likely missing something.

Hi!

I know, this is an old post, but right now I am facing the same problem. More or less what you wrote is clear, but just to make sure: in the end you changed the static ip address as you wanted, saved it. Deleted the device in Max and let max find it at the new IP address, correct? What about LV? Did you also delete it from the project?
