as I am quit unexperienced I posted my first question in the "wrong" forum.

Maybe someone of you knows this problem or how to avoid it.
As a workaround I currently substract the actual seconds from the time to set. But that is not really safe as I sometimes get negative seconds which work perfectly on the library on the VxWorks controller but result in an error on windows...
