Sounds like you don´t have access to the RT target. Maybe there are network-problems? A little bit more information would be good...

Hi ,

I work with PXI 1031 chassis with NI PXI 8196 CONTROLLERs and 2 FPGA NI-PXI 7813R.  few weeks ago I could access the FPGA target, up once go that not, I had examined VISAS server Security, and the IP address tunes.

I solved the problem.
