Creating Virtual TEDS file to use in .net c# without labview

Hello,

i'm wondering if is there some available tool to create a virtual TEDS file for a pressure sensor (GE UNIK 5000) attached to a NI PCIe 6323 with which i'm developing a DAQ system in C# .NET.

Can National Instruments suggest me how is it possible to accomplish this task?
