Digital modulation block?

Does LabVIEW (any ver) have different digital modulation block? I need to control a simple signal generator but need to produce a digital signal with variable frequency and modulation techniques before sending it to the generator.

I'm not 100% sure what you are looking for? I think you are referring to software.

Have you looked at the NI Modulation Toolkit for LabVIEW? This expands the functionality of LabVIEW with functions and tools for signal generation, analysis, visualisation and processing of standard and custom modulation formats.

This will allow you to generate a bitstream and modulate or demodulate data with standard formats.

Thanks for the reply. I am using LabVIEW version 7.1 which didn't have new add-ons which includes some modulation VIs. I have got it now. I've got a project to build a test transmitter which can test a multimode receiver. The transmitter should be able to transmit all digital broadcasts, DECT, TETRA, GSM, WiFi and may be upto infrared. I need to build a single control program (considering LabVIEW at the moment) from which different transmission system can be selected. This is to avoid buying expensive NI PXI - 5671 RF Vector Signal Generator. I have to use other existing signal generator. I have Marconi and few other signal generators.

Any further suggestions that you can favour for me will be welcome. Many thanks again.
