You will have to sample 10-100 times faster than the signal you are measuring.
Reading in more than one cycle (the more the better). Make an attempt to get an interger multiple cycles.
Run it through a DC-RMS node.
This seems like over-kill though.
NI sells RMS to DC converters (I think). Use one of those to condition the signal going into the 1104C and it just becomes a matter of reading a value.
