How do I solve the error -200074 problem with DAQmx and MAX?

Hello Karol,

Thanks for the update.  Let us know if the reinstallation helps.

Jarrod,

Absolutely nothing worked, not the reinstallation, not changing the full-scale input, not removing/re-installing the scaling, not the chassis reset, nothing!  I always get the message that it is unable to store the calibration inputs every time I come back to test my channels.

I don't remember why I ended up getting the SCXI-1313 terminal block in the first place.  I really need to get this working and don't want to wait around for a fix if it happens to be something in the software.  Is there a different terminal block that I can use to collect 0-10 volt signals that isn't problematic when connected to the SCXI-1125 module?

Thanks,

Karol

Hello Karol,

The SCXI-1327 has essentially the same functionality as the SCXI-1313, but the attenuation is switch-configurable as opposed to programmatically configurable.  I have not seen any similar issues when using the SCXI-1125 with the SCXI-1327 terminal block.

Hi Karol,

We are currently updating the hardware of the SCXI-1313 terminal block, and I would like to be able to add in a fix for this issue you have seen, if possible/applicable.  However, because this is such a rare issue, we have been unable to reproduce it here on our end.  It sounds like you can pretty consistently reproduce the behavior...do you still have the hardware in question?  Would you mind if I emailed you directly about the issue?  (No need to post your email address here, with your permission I can have our web team send me the information).

I appreciate your time, and I apologize for any inconvenience you have already experienced.  I'll look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Hi Justin,

I still have the hardware in question.  The SCXI-1313 is currently sitting on the shelf while the replacement SCXI-1327 is in the system and working without problem.  I would be happy to answer any questions you might have.

Karol

Hey guys, I have a client who is also seeing this error. He is using a M-series, SCXI w/ 1125 mods and 1313 terminal blocks. Has there been a resolution to this problem?

I Unfortunately Do Not know for sure that this issue has been resolved, I do believe however that it has not be resolved fully as no one has confirmed this on this forum as of yet.  I sent a message to our R&D department that is responsible for this issue and they should be able to confirm this in the coming days.

Thank you

There is a 1313A revision for the SCXI-1313.  How many modules does your customer have? Do you know if he would have access to an SCXI-1313A to try and see if using the 1313A rectifies the solution?  How many Modules does your customer have?

thank you
