MIO for AMUX-64T

I have the following hardware with me: AMUX-64T, SCXI-1163, SCXI-1300, SCXI-1102, NI DAQ4351, PCI 6024.  I have to use the application for thermocouple temperature measurement. The manual for AMUX-64T talks about a MIO board. Which amongst the above is a MIO? I am new. Please help.

Hi IshanG

MIO Refers to Multichannel I/O DAQ boards. It designates a family of data acquisition products that have multiple analog input channels, digital I/O channels, timing, and optionally, analog output channels. An MIO product can be considered a miniature mixed signal tester, due to its broad range of signal types and flexibility.

The above hardware does not have MIO in its name; like a  AT-MIO-64. For example, the AMUX-64T is a front-end analog multiplexer that quadruples the number of analog input signals that can be digitized with a National Instruments MIO board. To address theAMUX-64T with a MIO board use the following link:

So, none of the above are MIO boards themselves but some are compatible with MIO boards. Do you require manuals or explanations on the hardware you listed?

Your SCXI-1102 module;this is for signal conditioning of thermocouples and might be your best choice of hardware.

Many thanks for using the NI forums and I look forward to your reply.

Kind regards

To clarify, boards from our E Series, M Series, and X Series are also considered MIO boards.  The PCI 6024 that you mention is one of our E Series boards and is thus considered an MIO board.
