My chassis is not reading my SCXI 1102 card why?

I think my chassis is bad what can I do to check it out and how can I repair it? I have another chassis and That one works with my current system. But when I try the one I think is bad and I test a channel in max I get no reading no numbers show up at all. When I test a voltage it shows it maxed out at 10 volts. What could be the problem with the chassis and Can I repair it myself?

Ok... So you have two SCXI-1000 chassis and one SCXI-1102, correct?

One SCXI-1000 chassis with the 1102, but the other doesn't.

In the good chassis, what is the chassis ID set to?

When you swap the two SCXI-1000's, everything is hooked up the exact same, correct? What terminal block are you using? Do you reset the chassis from MAX after you swap everything?

If you try to put the SCXI-1102 in a different slot of the bad chassis, is anything different? Do you get any errors?

Has the bad chassis ever worked?
