Hello,
Make sure you are configuring your virtual channels correctly in MAX.
1. Right click on the device under Traditional NI-DAQ Devices and go to Properties.
2. You will have a configuration window pop up
3. Select the Accessory tab in it
4. From the pull down menu you can select the SC-2311
Use the test panels to check whether you are getting amplification. Test different channels to see if they are all getting the same behavior.
Is this the first time you are trying to set this up, or you've had this working before and this is the first time you are noticing this behavior?
