Relays included in the ER-8/16 Relay Box

In the ER-8/16 Manual(appendix D), a relay family is presented , with various properties.
I would know which relay is contained in the relay box. I'm precisely interested in the minimal switch value (10 or 100 mA @ 5V.DC, depending on relay type).

Relay in ER-8/16 is VE-5HS-K-LF or VE-5HSE-K-LF.
