In general, you will be using the SCXI Calibrate.vi in LabVIEW. The Help on this VI should be enough to get you going.

I m kind of insteresting to know how to build up the VI to calibrate the SCXI 1112.

You can actually view the block diagram of both the SCXI calibrate.VI and the DAQmx Self calibrate.VI. As you will see, they both call a dll.
