SCXI amplifier gain of .022 for measuring upto 250Volt input signals

Hello,

I need to configure the gains to 0.022 on my SCXI-1121 to aquire signals up to 250V. The manual only explains gain adjustment down to 1 but I need to configure the jumpers for an overall gain of 0.022 according to the manual?! As you can see on page 304 here;

http://www.ni.com/pdf/products/us/4scxisc300_ETC_196.pdf

Also the back cover of the SCXI module only gives examples for gain adjustments like 1, 100,  and 1000. But it does not show how to do jumper configurationss for gains like  0.5, 0.2, or 0.022?!!

 Any comments or examples would be a great help.

Thanks

Hamid

Tiger3D,

The SCXI-1121 does not have gains less than one that are selectable in hardware.  Instead, use the DAQmx Property Node "Gain Value" to set the gain for your device.  Please refer to the two Knowledge Base articles below, they explain how to set the gain using DAQmx.

You are using the SCXI-1327 terminal block, correct?
