What is the maximum analog input voltage I can read with SCXI-1125 and SCXI-1328?

Is it possible to read a signal greater than -5-5V using SCXI-1125 and SCXI-1328?  The book shows ranges all the way up to 300 or so volts.  Why is it that when I try to specify a range of 0-15V I get an error that says the max is 5V?

Hello,

The SCXI 1125 can only accept voltages in the range of -5 to +5 V.  The reason why the manual shows ranges up to 300 V is because you can use a 1327 terminal block to attenuate the high voltages and then input these attenuated signals into the 1125.  This application is explained in detail in the manual on page 2-20 and A-1.
