What would suddenly cause low voltage readings on our SCXI 1102C / SCXI 1300?

Based on the tests you have run, I agree that the problem is most likely going to be the SCXI chassis or the DAQ board since multiple analog input modules are having the same issues.

If the problem is with the chassis, then it might be a blown fuse.
Check out this SCXI fuse guide:

You should specifically check out the state of the Auxillary Backplane Fuses using a handheld DMM, because from the symptoms you are describing those are the only fuses that would cause these issues.

If the problem is not with the SCXI chassis, then you should try to get a hold of a terminal block for your DAQ board and test it separately from the SCXI chassis to see if you read similar offsets.

I hope this helps.

We ran a diagnostic on the PCI-6052E DAQ card and it failed the ground reference and 5V reference tests, both showing approximately 100mv negative offset.  An attempt to recalibrate the card also failed.  I assume that replacing this card will solve our problem, but will post another message if it doesn't.

Thanks,
