Where is the SCXI Calibrate.vi?

The National Instruments document "SCXI-1540 Troubleshooting" references a "SCXI Calibrate" vi. I can't seem to find it anywhere on this website.

The VI is distributed with LabVIEW and NI-DAQ and can be found within the functions palette as follows:

Functions>>Data Acquisition>>Calibration and Configuration>>SCXI Calibration.vi (last row, fourth VI in row)

I use the LabVIEW Full Development Package (ver 6);however, I presume the VI should be found in very near the same location for later versions. If you can not find it, I can email a copy.
