I think if i connect 61xx with a scxi modular,and config my daq with dif input mode,i can get signal from ch0-7.

Thank you for contacting National Instruments.

It is NOT possible to use a 61xx S Series board with SCXI. You must use either an E Series or new M Series board with SCXI.
