acquiring load cell using 1121 and 1320

Once the jumper settings are cofigured, can we simply read the load cell output by simply acquiring an anolog input signal? I do obtain a clear signal when I create a virtual channel but in my labview program I don't. Is there anything in particular software wise?

Based on what you are saying, it sounds like the virtual channel is working properly, which would indicate the hardware is working correctly. If this is correct, try running an example program using the virtual channel you created. For instance try Acquire N Scans.vi in Labview's example finder.
