can I use analog output signal conditioning instead of DAQ to provide voltage in analog outputs?

I have a general question regarding the signal conditioning units such as the USB-analog output 9263. If I can use it instead of DAQ to provide analog voltage in outputs?

Yes, the 9263 can provide 4 channels of analog ouput voltage (+/-10V range) with up to 1mA of current drive. The signal conditioning aspect looks like it refers to short-circuit and some overvoltage protection. Link below is to the user guide:
