Hi Suresh,
How are you?
The problem you mention should not arise because Differential mode can acquire both floating as well as ground referenced signals.
And an analog output signal that is generated by a DAQ card is ground referenced (AO ground of DAQ).
Which is the DAQ card you are using is it PCI or is it a PXI sitting is a combo chassis along with the mentioned SCXI 1125 module?

Hi Suresh,
Kindly clarify two things.
So, are you Multiplexing the SCXI 1125 to the same PCI 6229?

hai dev,
As i mentioned i am going to take feedback in cascading mode, as PCI6229 have 2 connector terminals which one can be allocated to SCXI and another to SCB.

Hi Suresh,
I suggest cabling Connector 0 of the 6229 to the SCXI and cabling Connector 1 of the 6229 to the SCB-68. You can then connect AO GND and your AO channel to the differential + and - inputs on your SCXI-1313. Because, the SCXI-1313 is taking differential measurements, it will simply take out the common noise from the AO GND line and the AO channel line.
