Hi, I have a question 

 

How to connect USB-6009 to push button switch for receive a signal from a switch

Can i wiring like this?

Yep, that is how you wire it up. The DIO channels have built-in pull up resistors, so when the switch is not closed, you will read a high. When the switch is closed, you are connecting the channel to ground, so you will read a low.
