i want to use optically isolation amplifier,do you have an instrument like this which can help me to measure current with floating probes in plasma

i am using NI 6014 card,and i want to measure a curent but with isoltation amplifier,because the double probes circuit must be isolated to get exact risitent value.So if you have any instument to help me i will be very appreciated.And my probe circuit as in file attachments.

You may want to consider one of the SCC-AI Series modules. They are isolated analog input signal conditioning modules that are placed in the SC-2345 carrier. Furthermore, they are compatible with the NI 6014. Below, I have included links to the product pages for these devices:
