What is the maximum sampling rate per channel can I get at using 96 channels of three SCXI-1102C (333kHz) modules with one PCI 6250 (1MHz) controller?

This is available programmatically and will give you an exact answer for every hardware combination you can configure. All you need to do is set up the task channels and poll the driver the maximum sampling rate with a Timing property node: DAQmx Timing » Sample Clock » Maximum Rate.
