Each channel reads correctly when scanned alone; however, when performing scans over multiple channels, the voltage readings steadily drop until they reach the minimum voltage of the input range. I had a similar problem once before that I fixed by reinstalling the PCI card. Additionally, I have checked the backplane fuses of my SCXI-1000, but the resistance of each measures close to 0 (.1 ohms). I have also tried varying my scan rate, measuring battery voltages, and grounding the inputs. I am using an SCXI-1100 module with an SCXI-1300 terminal block. Thank you for your help.
