noise of frequency 10MHz to 40GHz, is it acceptable?

Am using SCXI 1125. The extension wire to get thermocouple will pass through noise of frequency 10MHz to 40GHz. Will this cause any effect the measurement i need to have an accuracy of 0.5deg C

Arun,

The SCXI-1125 can be configured to have either a 4 Hz or a 10 kHz filter to eliminate noise in the signal. With this filter the noise you are experiencing should not affect your measurements.
