scxi-1520 Full Bridge Load Cell Measurement with Unexpected Exponential Behavior

I am performing a 350ohm full bridge load cell measurement using a PCIe-6353 cabled to a 1520/1314 combination in an SCXI-1000 chassis. The 1520 is the only module in the chassis. At the beginning of the aquisition, with the load cell  unloaded, the data begins near zero and then exhibits an exponential behavior. This behavior is channel and slot independent. This occurs noth in MAX and when building the task programatically. The input signal is actually .2mV as measured by a fluke DMM. The load cell has a 4 wire hookup using signal and excitation terminal. Remote sense is disconnected. Any thoughts?

Hello kr74i0au,

Does this behavior persist for an extended period of time? Have you applied any type of strain to your sensor and note the response in MAX? HAs this setup worked before? I look forward to hearing your response

The solution was found to be an overly strained SHC-68 connector that plugged into the DAQ card. Must have had enough strain to cause some of the connector contacts to open up. Once the strain was relieved, the module performed as expected.
