Exception by a Call Library Node

I'm using a vi program which has been made by former student.
It uses NI 5411 and NI 6534 board.

It had been working very well until I tried to install sound card in the PC.
At some point, It suddenly started to show message as
"
An exception occurred within the external code called by a Call Library Node.
This may have corruped Labview's memory.
You should save any work to a new location and restart Labview.
VI "Run PTSX.vi" was stopped at node 0x1114 of subVI "Digital Buffer Write.vi"
"
And then finally crashed into blue screen on the monitor showing
"
Stop 0x0000004e(....., ....., ....., .....)
PFN_LIST_CORRUPT
"

I already uninstalled the sound card, formated the PC, reinstalled Windows2000,
reinstalled Labview and related drivers,
but still have same problem.

Hello Mozys,

Let's make sure nothing is wrong with the actual hardware and test each board separately.

Try running an example program fo the NI 6534.  Examples for this board can be found by going to the NI Example Finder ("Help >> Find Examples... " in the menu bar of a VI) and searching for the keyword "653x".  If running one of these example programs gives you the same error, try installing the NI 6534 on another computer and doing the same thing.  If you are still getting an error, your 6534 might be damaged.  If you believe that this is the case, I would suggest calling NI to speak with an engineer.

You can repeat this process for the NI 5411.
