How do I generate a waveform with fixed phase with 5401

Using a 5401PXI card how do i generate a waveform with a fixed phase each time. I have tried using the example "Creating a user defined waveform: example vi, but the starting phase changes each time I start the vi, can i fix this phase?

Do you see the same results when you use the Scope Soft Front Panel? 

Can you try using the shipping examples Fgen 5404 Sine Generation.vi?  It is located in Hardware Input and Output > Modular Instruments > NI-FGEN > Standard Function Generation.

Also can you post the code you are referring to if you are still encountering issues?
