Is there any NI function generator with PCI bus/slot that has more than 1 channel?

No NI Function Generator has more than one channel.
If you need multiple synchronized function generation channels, the NI 5402 and NI 5406 both support tight synchronization through NI-TClk. This of couse, at the expense of an extra device and PCI slot.

I'm not quite sure how you are doing your search of NI instruments. There is a main page here. Clicking the Signal Generators link will bring you to this page and clicking the PCI clink under the Bus Type section will get you this. You might save some time by just contacting your local NI Sales Engineer. Have the specs of the various types of instruments you need. Depending on your requirements, you might also be able to use an NI DAQ board. They are available with multiple output channels.
