Manual Stanford DS340?

IT exist one for stanford DS345, not for DS340.

Can anyone please help me with using DS340 Func. Gen. I have the drivers installed and able  to communicate with it but when it comes to MAX I cannot create a logical session because I cannot see the software module for it. Did I miss installing something? Please advice.

A logical session implies an IVI driver and since NI does not have an IVI driver, you should check with whomever you got it from about installation.
