Stream from scope then generate file on arb

I am streaming a video signal to a PXI-5122 to disk.  Then opening that file and trying to generate it using a PXI-5421 Arb.  The file once it is opened is the same as the one being saved but when I try running my vi (attached) it errors at the niFGEN write binary 16 waveform.vi subvi, saying that the waveform is invalid.  Any ideas what is causing this?

Hi Brian

Do you know how many samples are in the waveform?  The PXI-5421 requires the number of samples to download to be a multiple of 4.
