Switchable sweep signal

Hi all,

I am still having trouble trying to simulate a signal that has 3 switchable sweeps. The frequency range is 8-800Hz. The sweep ranges are:

i. from 800Hz to 1000Hz, rising at the rate of 7% of 800Hz per second up to maximum frequency

ii. from 800Hz to 1000Hz, rising at the rate of 9% of 800Hz per second up to maximum frequency

iii. from 800Hz to 1000Hz, rising at the rate of 11% of 800Hz per second up to maximum frequency
