Thanks for posting on the NI forums. It sounds like you have read the "External Calibration Constants are Invalid, Error Using NI 5670/71 regarding this issue. If upgrading driver versions did not work for you, it is likely the EEPROM of the device is corrupt. It is recommended to contact National Instruments at ni.com/support so we can get some more specific information from you to help solve this issue.
