a signal goes to two BNC plug

I use BNC 2110 adaptor, AT-MIO-16E-2 and Dasylab

if I send output signal (voltage) to BNC2110 the signal is seperate and go to two BNC connector

; if I send  5 volt to BNC 2110(AO0) I have to touch AO0(+) and AO1(+) to get the 5V and If I touch AO0(+) and AO0(-) I just get 2.5V(a half of the voltage I sent) 

I tried using another BNC2110 but that doesn't make any difference

I've also reinstalled dasylab.
