Sorry it's taken so long for you to get a response. In order to resolve your problem it would be usefull if I could have a little more information regarding your system and the error. Is there a code or number with the error you are receiving? The easiest way for you to provide information on your system is to go into Measurement and Automation Explorer (MAX) and create a simple report. This is done by opening File>>Create Report then selecting simple report. If you could zip up the files and post them here I will investigate the matter further.

I just thought I would drop you a message to see if you had been sucessful in resolving the error you are seeing. If you have managed to resolve it I would be interested to know how you did it and if not I would be glad to look into the problem if you can give me the information I requested in my last post.

I have not try it reinstall again.
I have received 8.6 Developer suite and now using it.
My colleague uses previous version 8.5.1. There are still problems remaining on his PC but I have no details of them.
