Configuration Eror

Hello Everyone.

I am new SignalExpress. I use dso-x 3014a agilent. When ı connect my scope to my computer and try open SignalExpress ı got this warning. How can ı handle this problem.

Have you downloaded the drivers for the instrument.

Please follow those instructions if you haven't done it before hand.
