Connection issue with IVI power supply

I am attempting to use SignalEpxress to connect to my Agilent N6700B power supply. I have installed the IVI driver and configured MAX (see MAXConfig.png). I then use the SignalExpress 'IVI Power Supply' step to connect with the instrument. When I do so, I get the following configuration error:

Error -1074135039 occurred at ivi_IviDCPwr Initialize With Options.vi

Possible reason(s):

Primary Error: (Hex 0xBFFA0001) Instrument error detected. Call the PREFIX_error_query function and examine the error code and error message parameters for additional information regarding the error.
Elaboration: AgilentN67xx: Instrument error detected. Use ErrorQuery() to determine error(s).

Any idea what's going wrong here?

Since this error is device specific, I'm having trouble finding information about it.  Can you access the device at all or test it through MAX?
