Using SignalExpress, I haven't been able to configure an SCC-FT01, plugged into an SC-2345 analog output slot (J17), as a 5 VDC power supply for a 0.6 mA sensor. Do I specify an offset of 5V in the Create Analog Signal step? Should I care about Sampling Conditions? Do I specify the voltage in Value to Write of the DAQmx Generate Analog Output dialogue? Is a constant 5VDC a 1 Sample Generation Mode or Continuous Samples? Should I care about Update Periods? Triggering? Execution Control?
Running various combinations of the above variables, I have been unable to meter 5V over any combination of the SCC-FT01's terminals.
