Exporting part of signal to ASCII or excel

Is it possible to select a part of the logged data and export it and not the whole recorded data?

Hi Munir,

Add the following two steps to your project:

1) Processing >> Analog Signals >> Subset and Resample

2) Load/Save Signals >> Analog Signals >> Save to ASCII/LVM

Are this the functions you are searching?

Hi Munir,

In addition to Maria's suggestions, you can also do the following:

1. In the Log window (which is by default in the bottom left of the main application window), expand the "+" symbol next to the log you want to export.

2. Right-click on the top level group of data, and select "Create Log Subset" (as shown below). This will open a dialog which will allow you to create time subset of your selected data. Either use the Start Time/Stop Time indicators to make your subset selection or use the red cursors on the preview graph. Then click on Create.

3. Once the dialog disappears, you'll have a new log entry with the same name and the word "subset". Expand that new log subset, and right-click on the top level group. You'll have 3 export options: a) convert to text, b) Export to Microsoft Excel, and c) Open in DIAdem. Select the option you want.

Hope this helps too.
