Ｉwant to store half hrs or 5 hrs waveform data from the data acquistion card into a file with a specified limitation, say 10M, or 20M.
How can I do it?

Use data logging. You can set it up for a specified period of time. Check the help for details.

I looked the example of datalog functions, but I don't understand how to use Write Datalog Function to record a period of data.
It seems to use a loop to count the acquistion points.
Could you show me some example code?

I assumed you were using SignalExpress, since this is the SignalExpress message board.
If you are using LabVIEW, the easiest method is to use the Write to Measurement File Express VI. See the LabVIEW help for details.
