Yes, I think it has something to do with the scale as well. Attached is the load cell data sheet.
The Sensitivity = 2.153 mV/V. With a 0-1000LBS load cell, and 10 Vdc excitation, I had calculated a scale of
y = 46.447*x + 3E-13
where X=the input voltage in mV.
