How to turn on/off an Agilent E3631A Power Supply

Just a simple question.  I run the attached project using the IVI driver from NI for the Agilent 3631 triple supply.  The first item I need in the sequence is the 3631 to turn on and then execute the rest of the sequence of measurements using the scope and DMMs.  The 3631 sets up with the correct voltages and current limits but never turns the outputs on.  The scope and DMMs complete the measurements as expected but the 3631 outputs are not on.  What am I missing?

Hi sleddude,

If you go to the IVI Power Supply step >> Trigger Tab, enable trigger generation, and explicitly make the trigger type Immediate, does the power supply output the correct voltages and current?

I just wanted to say that this is the default behavior according to the SignalExpress 2013 help, but I wanted to see if it made a difference for you application.

Yes I have tried the trigger feature with immediate as the trigger condition and the supply does setup with those voltages and current limits but the output is never turned on.  Using the NI trace to monitor the GPIB traffic the "OUTP:ON" is never sent.
