Problems after calibration with Signal Express

My system is scxi-1000, scxi-1600, scxi 1100 and scxi 1303.  I had instaled 10 thermocouples type K, the problem occur after the calibration process in SignalExpres, the measurement has difference of +/- C deg with the reference equipment.  The interval for calibration is 2 to 40 deg C with a step of 1.

Please help me, what I can do?

Yes, after calibration the sistem does not work well, it show a wrong temperature reading. What information I have to show for resolving my problem? Thank you for helping
