Hi, could please someone help me?, can´t see if i am doing wrong something....
With signal express 2.5.0 full versión, I do a measurement of 3 analog channels at 5ks/s with a NI cDAQ 9172 USB.
The computer is a laptop with XP 1GB RAM,
Pentium M 1.86GHz (enough?)
It is a try, not a real measurement, the point is that i always have the same problem.
- Recording ON by "entering window" and stop by "leaving window"
- The On condition is met, the stop not, so recording goes on...
- I stop it manually by signal express "stop button" in less than 30s (more or less)
- Then it appears a progress bar with
"decimating log for viewing" and the computer is working hard (fan goes up)without response more than 5 minutes....
-I press "cancel button" in dialog and disappears "decimating log for viewing".
-The logs is shown as selectable, but when you try to see it it says "the selected log is not prepared for
viewing, you must wait until de recording has finished recording to
view it". The TDMS file exists and fills about 17MB.
If i do a recording without start/stop condition (manually with start/stop button) everything goes well. It appears "decimating log for viewing" but only a few seconds and can see the log normally.
I need the window start/stop feature, is one of the reasons by we chose this solution.
I really would appreciate your help
