When I record in SignalExpress and log the data it keeps the status as "Stopping..." when I click "Stop" or click the "Record" button again. It doesn't write the log until I have to click "Abort". I'm recording 2 voltage channels and generating one signal.

I have the same problem. If the data aqcuisition does not start then it is in an eternal running loop. There is not timeout error. If I hit 'Stop' button it says 'stopping..' and then it is gone. If I click 'abort' nothing happens.
We are acquiring 5 channels at 10kS/s for 100kS using SignalExpress2009. Attached the project file which also takes eternity to load into signal express (but they always do).
Help is highly appreciated as I hope to be able to record the above setting with our 13000 EUR equipment.
Cheers,
Niels

Hi,
If you're recording in triggered mode then when you click Stop you have to trigger it once more because the board is waiting for a trigger. I don't think I've had this problem with continous recording.
