Using usb 6229 I can not get it to sample at 100K S/sec with only 4 Ai channels

With only 5 AI channels setup, it seems to work fine at 50K S/sec (5k samples to Read).  I have tried multiple combinatios of the sample rate and "samples to read" for the 100K S/sec, but none seems to get rid of error -200019.  Any suggestions?

Disregard...
I was looking at the wrong sample rate, 833K is total for the Analog output not Analog input.
