digital level

I'm using a USB-6366 with SignalExpress 2010 SP1.

I'm trying to acquire digital signals, but some of them go from 0 Vdc to about 1.1 Vdc and it doesn't sense when the signals go logic high.

Is there some way to adjust the threshold with the USB-6366 channels or within SignalExpress?   I'm already using all 8 analog channels, so I need to

acquire about 4 digital signals at the same time.  Some of the digital signals are 0Vdc & 5Vdc, but it's the 0Vdc & 1Vdc lines that give me the problems.

Thanks.

Where the signals being generated as digital lines if they are only geing generated from 0 to 1 Volt rather than either a 3.3V or 5.0V?

The signals are coming from a unit under test.  It only makes 0-1V for some signals.  The voltage level is one problem with the 6366.  I didn't realize it before, but the 6366 doesn't have that much input impedance for digital channels and was loading down those circuits.

I'll end up having to go through a buffer box that can isoloate and amplify the signals before going into the 6366.   It's a bummer that this has to be done becuase the digital channels on an oscilloscope don't have any problems with them.
